⏱️ Processing Time

Each order is carefully prepared before shipping. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is sent out.

🚚 Shipping Times

U.S. Orders – Shipped via USPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days after processing.

International Orders – Shipping times vary by location and fulfillment center. Most orders arrive within 15–30 business days.

⚠️ Possible Shipping Delays

We do our best to deliver your order on time, but delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control—such as holidays, natural disasters, extreme weather, or global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking details. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

❌ Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? No problem! You can cancel within 24 hours of placing it—completely penalty-free.
Simply email us at velora@gmail.com with the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER.”

🏡 Address Changes

Entered the wrong shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll update it for you.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make any address changes.

📦 Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically make two delivery attempts. If both are unsuccessful, your package may be returned to us.

💔 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at velora@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll send a replacement right away—at no extra cost to you.
